R. Russell Scarlett, Of Counsel to Deeley King Pang & Van Etten, was admitted to the Hawai‘i bar in 1976.
Russ is admitted to practice before all courts of the State of Hawai‘i (district, circuit, and appellate), as well as the United States District Court for the District of
Hawai‘i and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
