Senior Associate Attorney John Winnicki concentrates his Honolulu based legal practice on the resolution of commercial, construction, trust and estate, employment, and real property disputes, in addition to providing counsel for collections and bankruptcy matters.
Mr. Winnicki received his law degree from George Washington University. During law school Mr. Winnicki served as an intern to the Honorable S. Martin Teel, Jr., United States Bankruptcy Court, District of Columbia. After law school, John clerked for the Honorable Steven H. Levinson, Associate Justice, Hawaii Supreme Court.
Prior to his legal career Mr. Winnicki was a faculty member at Columbia University and served as a Mathematical Statistician with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration in Washington, D.C. John also speaks Polish at a native proficiency.
Mr. Winnicki is a member of the Hawaii State Bar Association. He is admitted to practice before all Hawaii circuit and appellate courts, the United States District Court for the District of Hawaii, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
