Associate Attorney Eric Seeleman concentrates his Honolulu based legal practice on the resolution of commercial, construction, real property, employment, and trust and estate disputes, primarily through litigation and settlement negotiations. Mr. Seeleman also assists select small businesses and start-ups by drafting custom tailored contracts and operating agreements and provides guidance on commercial and residential leases.
Mr. Seeleman is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, summa cum laude, and received his law degree from the University of Hawaii, William S. Richardson School of Law. He previously served as an extern to the Honorable Michael Wilson, First Circuit Court State of Hawaii (now Associate Justice at the Hawaii Supreme Court), and with the University of Hawaii’s Athletic Department.
Mr. Seeleman is a member of the Hawaii State Bar Association and its Litigation section. He is admitted to practice before all Hawaii circuit and appellate courts and the United States District Court for the District of Hawaii.
