Associate Attorney Dallas Walker concentrates his Honolulu-based legal practice on the resolution of commercial, construction, real property, trust and estate, appellate, employment and insurance coverage disputes, as well as other civil litigation matters. Mr. Walker also assists businesses with drafting comprehensive contracts, including employment contracts, sales agreements and operating agreements.
Mr. Walker is a graduate of Iolani School. He received his Master of Business Administration degree from Chaminade University and his law degree from the University of Hawaii, William S. Richardson School of Law, where he graduated summa cum laude. While in law school, Mr. Walker served as a summer clerk at the Department of the Prosecuting Attorney and also as a law clerk and summer associate at Deeley King Pang & Van Etten, LLP. Mr. Walker also acted as the teaching assistant for Civil Procedure I and was twice awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for receiving the highest grade in the class in both Family Law and Secured Transactions. Prior to joining our firm, Mr. Walker worked as a law clerk to the Honorable Katherine G. Leonard at the Hawaii Intermediate Court of Appeals.
Mr. Walker is a member of the Hawaii State Bar Association, and its Appellate, Business Law, Collection Law, Litigation, Probate and Estate, and Elder Law sections. He is admitted to practice before all Hawaii circuit and appellate courts and the United States District Court for the District of Hawaii.
