Associate Attorney Aaron Loeser concentrates his Honolulu based legal practice on the resolution of insurance coverage and insurance bad faith disputes, primarily representing policyholders, and other select civil litigation matters. Mr. Loeser draws on his insurance industry experience, which includes six years as a claims adjuster for Progressive Insurance in Tucson, Arizona, and as a claims team leader in Arizona and Honolulu.
Mr. Loeser is a graduate of Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts and received his law degree from the University of Hawaii, William S. Richardson School of Law. During Law School, Aaron served as Casenote Editor for the University of Hawaii Law Review and as a law clerk with Deeley King Pang & Van Etten. Mr. Loeser has given several seminars, and has co-authored an article published in the Commercial General Liability Reporter, on various insurance coverage related topics.
Mr. Loeser is a member of the Hawaii State Bar Association and currently the co-chair of the Insurance Coverage Litigation Section. He is admitted to practice before all Hawaii circuit and appellate courts and the United States District Court for the District of Hawaii.
